Each session is limited to 32 participants. Pre-program work is sent out a month ahead of the program. To give yourself enough time to prepare, please complete application procedures well ahead of the program.

Payment Policy
Tuition – Will be invoiced upon application. The tuition can be paid by check made payable to The Mattford Group or with a credit card via PayPal (requires a PayPal account).

Facility Charge – The facility charge covers Sunday through Thursday night lodging, all meals and breaks, and your share of other facility fees. It is due on check-in, payable to the facility.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, let us know at least six weeks before the program and you will receive a tuition refund. We regret we are unable to give refunds after this date; however, substitute enrollments are accepted up to five days prior to the start of the program. In addition, should you receive a positive Covid-19 test in the week prior to the workshop, we will understand you cannot attend the workshop and will refund your tuition or, if feasible, we will work with you/your organization to identify someone who would like to take your place. Facility cancellation policies vary by facility.
Vaccination Policy
Facilitators are fully vaccinated. Venue personnel who interact with us will also be vaccinated. The coronavirus environment seems to be changing for the better. We will abide by the COVID-19 guidance of the State of Connecticut for the July program and the State of California for the September program.
Force Majeure
Should there be a resurgence of the coronavirus, making it dangerous for fully vaccinated participants with booster shots to travel (even with masks) or to congregate without masks, causing the number of participants to drop below 24, or should any of the facilitators be incapacitated, thereby making it inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the workshop, or should the facility terminate their contract with The Mattford Group for these or other Force Majeure reasons, the workshop will be cancelled and tuition payments will be returned.
Performance Warranty Policy
Should the first person to attend the NSW from a company feel, for any reason, that he/she did not receive full value, TMG refunds the tuition. The individual defines "full value."
